Will Ratliff – My Story
I started working with groups in my 20s, leading backpacking trips and working with teams on low and high ropes courses. That’s where I really developed a passion for adventure and professional development.
I carry that sense of adventure into my training. I like to create highly interactive and experiential experiences that can connect with teams and help them grow. I offer a unique blend of strategy, knowledge, and a bit of intuition to help you and your team move forward.
